In addition to this I have been a member of the Facilitation Team at Humber College since 2020 delivering the Commercial Real Estate course as part of the registration process for the Ontario Real Estate program.
Stacey is also serving as President for the Kingston & Area Real Estate Association for 2023 and looks forward to serving the membership of her real estate board as well as being part of the key decisions being made at the local board level, as well as the provincial and federal level.

Hometown Service — National Experience!
Stacey is born and raised in Amherstview, ON. After completion of college at St. Lawrence College, I moved to Toronto to pursue a career in marketing/account management and worked with a variety of clients in the private, government and insurance sectors. After receiving my real estate registration in January 2008 I moved back to Kingston after living in Toronto for 9 years. The best opportunity to grow and mentor under some of the best in the business was right here in my home town with the JJ Barnicke team that was in place at that time. I obtained my CCIM designation in 2019, and have been a member of the Facilitation Team at Humber College since 2020 delivering the Commercial Real Estate course. Stacey’s superior attention to detail while continuing to educate herself within the industry has lead to a proven track record, solid relationships, and the ability to provide first class, knowledgeable service our clients expect.
Stacey has been a full time commercial realtor since 2008. Starting out in the early days with the largest independent national commercial real estate brokerage, JJ Barnicke Limited along with a series of mergers and acquisitions through this brand we became DTZ Barnicke, DTZ and Cushman and Wakefield over the course of 13 years. Stacey joined Royal Lepage Commercial in September 2021 to develop and grow the commercial division within her market.
I have also been part of the Kingston and Area Real Estate Board of Directors since 2019, and am the President-Elect for 2023. I am a strong believer in volunteering my time for organized real estate and have really enjoyed being on the decision making side for important aspects of our local real estate board.
